Fitted Furniture For a New Build
Ahead of moving into a local newly built home, our clients contacted us to help them add personality to the existing kitchen with the addition of a small but functional island and subsequently came back to us to add built in wardrobes to the bedrooms as well as two media units – one for the main sitting room and one for an additional games/TV room.
Key Elements
Storage was a priority in the home so we focused on providing every space with practical solutions to either display or store everyday items and accessories. With our clients’ children returning home after being at university, it was also important to have areas in the home that could accommodate young adults’ need in terms of their spaces too.
We were able to design the media units with acoustic panelling surrounded with open shelving and handleless door cabinetry and helped the clients choose some of the interior details, like the wallpaper above a long seating bench, with storage below of course.
In the kitchen, the island works well adding not only an attractive focal point, but additional storage as well as ample prep area for a busy family home
